People Helping People
In support of the credit union philosophy "people helping people," TEXAR gives to many charitable organizations in the communities we serve. Along with financial resources, TEXAR employees volunteer their time to make an impact in area communities.
Donation Criteria and Procedures
TEXAR receives many solicitations for donations, volunteer support, and community sponsorship. In general, for a request to be considered:
- A donation request form must be completed.
- The request must come from local civic, charitable, or academic organization.
- The organization must have its membership and operation within TEXAR’s service area.
- Donations must benefit residents of Bowie, Cass, Miller, Little River, Lamar, or Red River Counties.
