Service Representative

Service Representative's provide members and potential members with assistance concerning Credit Union products and services by one or more of our many servicing options. This position is responsible for processing all member transactions with minimal to no errors which may include electronic funds management payments, savings bond redemptions, safe deposit rental, loan payments, loan funding, credit card payments and mortgage payments.  In addition, this position also cross sells various products and services offered and educates members to serve their financial needs.


The Project Specialist provides support to staff and members on special projects pertaining to legal issues, system clean-up, and various other projects as identified.  This position also prepares reports, correspondence, manuals, spreadsheets and other communications utilizing a broad range of computer applications. 


The Compliance Analyst I is responsible for performing audits on consumer and real estate loans and member accounts as well as reporting and following up on any findings. This position is also responsible for reviewing assigned reports daily, completing Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports and reviewing alerts for possible fraud and money laundering activity.  In addition, this position also completes quarterly and annual compliance audits. 



The Recovery Specialist is responsible for the overall credit union asset liquidation administration and collateral remarketing program. This includes managing the repossession, remarketing, auction, and sales day activities. The Recovery Specialist also establishes, strengthens, maintains, and collaborates with external partners who assist with various department initiatives.



The Business Lending Specialist provides information on credit union products and services to current and potential members according to all credit union policies and procedures and Federal and State rules and regulations.  The Business Lending Specialist also prepares, analyzes, processes and documents all required forms and related documentation for consumer loan products.
