Branch Operations Manager

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, delivering excellent member service, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role promotes the Credit Union's culture and values while ensuring efficient operations, accurate transactions, and positive member experiences across all points of access.

Branch Operations Representative

The Branch Operations Representative operates our Interactive Teller Machines and is responsible for processing all member transactions with minimal to no errors. This position also provides members and potential members with assistance concerning Credit Union products and services by one or more of our many servicing options. Additionally, this position cross sells various products and services offered and helps educate the Credit Union members to serve their financial needs.
