Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. Eligibility

The TEXAR Debit Card Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to TEXAR Federal Credit Union members who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry. Employees of TEXAR Federal Credit Union, PULSE Network LLC, an

Affiliate of DFS Services LLC, and their immediate families are not eligible. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

2. Sponsor

3. Timing

The Sweepstakes runs during the May 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026 entry period. One (1) winner will be selected following the end of the entry period.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants must complete fifty (50) or more qualifying debit card transactions during the May entry period to receive one (1) automatic entry into the drawing. Qualifying transactions are completed PIN or signature-based purchases that post during the entry period.

Excluded transactions include ATM withdrawals, cash advances, refunds, declines, transfers, P2P payments, and balance inquiries.

5. Prize Drawing

One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within approximately 5–7 business days after the May entry period ends. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email.

6. Prize

One (1) $1,000 prize will be deposited into the winner’s TEXAR checking account.

7. Winner Requirements

The potential winner may be required to complete eligibility documentation within fourteen (14) days of

notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes due to fraud, technical failures, or other factors

impacting integrity.

9. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or unauthorized intervention in the Sweepstakes process.

10. Disputes

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and resolved in Oakland County, Michigan.
