Promotional Contest Rules
Contest Dates: Promotion will be advertised beginning no sooner than May 1, 2021. Members may open a qualifying loan any time before July 1, 2021 to qualify for the drawing.
Contest Entry: No purchase necessary. Participants in contest must be TEXAR Federal Credit Union members in good standing. Only consumer loans valid for entry. Commercial and mortgage loans not eligible. Alternative method of entry must be submitted to TEXAR FCU on a 3” x 5” card and mailed to 2301 Richmond Rd. Texarkana, TX 75503. Card must include Full name, address and telephone number for contact.
Contestants must be at least 18 years of age by the close of contest (June 30, 2021).
Participants must comply with all contest rules, all state, federal and local laws and rules. Any and all contest disputes will be resolved in the sole judgement of TEXAR Federal Credit Union management.
Employees of TEXAR Federal Credit Union or their family members (spouses, step or natural parents or their spouses, step or natural children or their spouses, siblings or their spouses) are not eligible for the drawing.
Contest: Before July 1, 2021 members must apply for and be approved for a loan with TEXAR Federal Credit Union. The drawing will be held no earlier than July 2, 2021. Winners will be notified via contact information on file. If TEXAR Federal Credit Union is unable to notify the winner due to incorrect or outdated information on file, an alternate winner will be selected.
Upon notification of winner and verification of their identity, the winner will be asked to come to a specific TEXAR FCU branch for a brief presentation ceremony.
TEXAR FCU reserves the right to change, alter, or adjust the contest at any time during the promotion.
Publicity: All winners release to TEXAR FCU, and its affiliates, the use of: any photos, voice recording, comments and name in advertising and promotion material as they deem fit without further compensation. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and/or fees.
Odds: actual odds of winning are based upon the number of entries received. Each eligible entry shall have a chance of winning that is equal to that of all other entries in the drawing.
Any attempts to structure accounts and services, enroll in services under false pretenses, or otherwise intentionally alter the contest to the advantage of one individual over another will be considered an act of fraud. TEXAR FCU reserves the option to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, inappropriate activity within relation to the contest rules, or activity not in keeping with the spirit and intention of the contest.
